The staff at the front desk was cute and helpful (especially when I needed directions). My room had a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet included a variety of options. I found the pastries to be quite fresh.
The room service menu was somewhat limited.

seamless check-incomfortable bedample storage
my wife and i stayed for two nights before our cruise. check-in and check-out were seamless. our room, a standard super king room, included a comfortable bed with nice pillows. air-conditioning worked well and the shower was good. we also had ample storage space in the room.
It led to longer wait times.

the hotel is conveniently close to westquay shopping center. ikea is also located nearby the hotel. i had a nice walk near the ocean from the hotel, it was calming.

the desk attendants were courteous and helpful . arranging transport to the cruise port was easy! i am grateful for that, it was a lovely service.

the complimentary breakfast provided a large variety of meal items. i noticed they also had fresh fruit. the dinner menu offered nice options at reasonable prices, this impressed me.
